This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run AI visibility reports and operate your account.
Account data (name, email), the URLs you submit for analysis, white-label settings you provide, and standard product analytics such as page views and feature usage. Payment card and billing details are collected and stored by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor — Visiac does not store full card numbers.
To generate reports, maintain your account, process subscriptions, send service and transactional email (via Resend), run background jobs (via Trigger.dev), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
URLs you submit are sent to third-party services to run audits: Google Gemini (AI search probes with Google Search grounding), Firecrawl (web scraping), and Google PageSpeed Insights (performance measurement). Account data is stored in Supabase (authentication and database). We log probe prompts and responses so your scores are auditable; we do not share your URLs with other customers.
We use essential cookies for authentication and a small set of analytics cookies. You can control non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
Report data is retained while your account is active so you can revisit historical scores. If you cancel a paid subscription, historical reports remain accessible after downgrade. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@visiac.com.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@visiac.com to exercise them.
