By accessing or using Visiac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Visiac on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may not use Visiac to probe URLs you do not have the right to analyze, to resell raw API access, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring system. Report volume is governed by your plan’s monthly allowance.
Paid plans permit you to apply your own branding to generated reports and deliver them to your clients. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any claims you make to your clients based on those reports.
Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions processed by Lemon Squeezy. After checkout, subscription state is synchronized to your Visiac account via secure webhooks. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may change plans, update payment details, or cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from your billing settings. If you cancel, paid features remain available until the end of your current billing period; after that, your account downgrades according to your plan rules and you cannot create new reports until you resubscribe. Monitoring schedules are disabled when the subscription expires.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription (Starter, Pro, Agency, or Founding). The window starts on the date of your first successful charge. To request a refund, email hello@visiac.com from your account email within 14 days. Approved refunds are processed within five business days through Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are not limited by report count during the guarantee window. On refund, the subscription ends immediately, your account downgrades to Free, historical reports remain viewable, and any founding-member price lock is forfeited. The guarantee does not apply to upgrades, renewals, or a new subscription after a prior refund.
Visiac measures AI search visibility using Google Gemini with live Google Search at the time of each probe. AI model outputs change over time, and scores are estimates, not guarantees of business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visiac’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
